GluCat is a library of template classes which model the universal Clifford algebras over the field of real numbers, with arbitrary dimension and arbitrary signature. GluCat implements a model of each Clifford algebra corresponding to each non-degenerate quadratic form up to a maximum number of dimensions.

- Split main and python builds into separate _multibuild flavors and build against all supported python versions for the blank flavor. - Add glucat-disable-doxygen-html-timestamp.patch to disable timestamps on html footers in doxygen generated docs; this helps make builds reproducible. - Update to version 0.10.0 - New BuildRequires: gcc-fortran, python3-setuptools.
