System-level performance monitoring and performance management
Performance Co-Pilot (PCP) provides a framework and services to support
system-level performance monitoring and performance management.
The PCP open source release provides a unifying abstraction for all of
the interesting performance data in a system, and allows client
applications to easily retrieve and process any subset of that data.

- Remove invalid cpan/PMDA manifest entry. - Update to pcp-3.6.4. + Fix build on s390x platform (thanks to Dan Horak) + Rethink order of PATH setting for pcp start scripts, to ensure binaries from other packages with names that conflict with pcp binaries are not found ahead of the same-named pcp binary.
