Update to 18.10.08 Droid fonts are no longer present. Rebased shotcut-QAction.patch and shotcut-noupdatecheck.patch. Replace Droid font with Liberation due to incompatible license.

Can not find qmelt。 Need to create a symbolic link： sudo ln -s /usr/bin/melt /usr/bin/qmelt
qmelt is built in webvfx which is waiting for legal for 3 months you can find it in multimedia:libs. See: https://bugzilla.opensuse.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1043070
