- update to 1.1.2:
  * Removed a little bit of legacy code
  * logging priority to turn off noise
  * Add support for SSHUTTLE_ARGS environment variable
  * tproxy: Apply DNS rules first
  * Workaround when sudo prints text to standard out
  * Keep terminal in a sane state when sudo use_pty is used.
  * Allow flake8 to determine the version of pyflakes
- drop fix-pytest.patch: obsolete (added pytest-cov instead)
