xdg-user-dirs is a tool to help manage "well known" user directories
like the desktop folder and the music folder. It also
handles localization (i.e. translation) of the filenames.

Update to ver 0.15, just new translations and manpages, should be safe to take even this late in the game. Take it or reject it, it's not of vital importance to have it updated. (forwarded request 197857 from Zaitor)
