A Concurrent Versioning system similar to but better than CVS

Subversion does the same thing cvs (CVS (Concurrent Versioning System))
but has major enhancements compared to CVS. The name of the cmdline
client is svn.

Rationale:
* current feature set
* not a SLE core package
* well maintained and stable upstream
* good migration path 1.8.x -> 1.9.x, data compatible
