Validating, recursive, and caching DNS(SEC) resolver
Unbound is a validating, recursive, and caching DNS(SEC) resolver.
The C implementation of Unbound is developed and maintained by NLnet
Labs. It is based on ideas and algorithms taken from a java prototype
developed by Verisign labs, Nominet, Kirei and ep.net.
Unbound is designed as a set of modular components, so that also
DNSSEC (secure DNS) validation and stub-resolvers (that do not run
as a server, but are linked into an application) are easily possible.
This package is just for my personal use. If you want to submit it to factory you become the maintainer.

We have a local OBS instance that build local packages, including unbound.
For SLES 15, the local unbound build breaks in SLE_15_Backports and SLE_15_SP1_Backports with [ 151s] unbound.x86_64: E: SUSE_Backports_policy-SLE_conflict (Badness: 10000) Package with name unbound already in SLE
It looks like, SUSE_Backports_policy-SLE_conflict does not consider the fact that there are no actual "unbound" packages in SLE 15, triggering on the source package.
