- Split out individual subpackages for different CLHEP libraries, in keeping with dependency chart here: https://proj-clhep.web.cern.ch/proj-clhep/packages.html. clhep-devel now drags in all the clhep-*-devel subpackages. - Add clhep-docdir.patch to get documentation to install to a user configurable dir. - Split out doc package and install doxygen generated HTML documentation to it; add as Recommends to clhep-devel.
