A password database utility

Password Safe is a password database utility. Like many other such
products, commercial and otherwise, it stores your passwords in an
encrypted file, allowing you to remember only one password (the "safe
combination"), instead of all the username/password combinations that
you use.

- update to 1.09.0 see installed /usr/share/doc/packages/passwordsafe/ChangeLog.txt - drop pwsafe-1.01BETA_helpdir.patch: upstream has better default paths now and we will use them. - add linking.patch: move linked libraries to the proper cmake targets and make sure binaries are linked as PIE.
