ircd-hybrid left off around version 7-rc1. It supports the TS3 and TS5
protocols, and is used on EFnet and other IRC networks.

- update to 3.0.8 (bnc#800979) CVE-2012-6084 see /usr/share/doc/packages/ircd-ratbox/ChangeLog - dropped obsolete patches ircd-ratbox-2.1.7_pie.patch (replaced with exports in the spec file) ircd-ratbox-2.2.6_no_Werror.patch - added ircd-ratbox-3.0.8_contrib_modules_path.patch add missing DESTDIR in the contrib makefile - added ircd-ratbox-3.0.8_undefined_behavior_m_oper.patch fix undefined behavior in the oper module - create pid base dir in the init script now
