This package uses a method to download the signature files (wget) that is explicitly forbidden by the ClamAV team since early March due to abuse. The only approved methods are now either the bundled
freshclamdownloader or a separate Python script toolcvdupdate. See also https://blog.clamav.net/2021/03/clamav-cvds-cdiffs-and-magic-behind.html
