Added fix-99Zgrub-resume.patch: fix removal of set boot entry on resume in 99Zgrub (boo#856391) Prevents people loosing their boot menu after hibernate when /boot is on btrfs (as is the default now). As systemd is using pm-utils again if installed (which they are by default), this needs to be fixed in Factory as well IMHO.
