- This library has a dynamic runtime dependency to mlang.dll, which needs to be excluded by the mingw32-filesystem package - Add patch win-iconv-0.0.8-fix-library-prefix.patch to fix default library prefix for mingw - Rename package providing the shared libraries to libwin_iconv to match common style - Add separate development package for the static library
