- Do not use wine on tumbleweed for all architectures except x86_64
  as the support seems to be broken

- Update to version 1.2.0
  * Set default value for auto-features to 'auto'
  * In cross file enable sys_root as mingwxx_prefixes are not
    anymore added with meson 0.60.3
