This project contains openSUSE images for virt-builder.
Hopefully, this the right place: the currently the generated images are not accessible via virt-builder, because the images folder is not build:
http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/Virtualization:/virt-builder-images/images/index
Unfortunately, virt-builder stop working on all debian based distros, because it tries to access that index file.
