coot-1.1.x and packages needed to build and run it

NOTE: packages coot, gemmi, rdkit, and notably boost, are built using python3.11.

non-standard required packages are linked unmodified from OBS:science (ccp4, clipper, gemmi, inchi, mmdb2, ssm) and from KDE:KDE3 (fftw v2); for Leap 15.6, a recent Catch2, compiled w/ gcc12, is build-required.
