- Update to 0.5a:
  * Define paths earlier in CMakeLists.txt, mainly for Linux
    package build
  * Don't use SDL_INIT_EVERYTHING which fails on systems which do
    not support SDL_INIT_HAPTIC
  * Update the target time from 6s to 6.5s of tutorial level 10
  * Update translations
- Changes in 0.5:
  * Switch to SDL2.
  * Menu theme.
  * Achievement and statistics system.
  * Scripting with lua.
  * Pushable block.
  * Improved addon dialog.
  * Improved level editor user interface.
  * Sizable blocks.

  * Undo/redo in level editor originally written by squarecross.
  * Added 'visible' property to blocks.
  * Custom appearance of blocks.
  * Various other bug fixes and minor improvements.
- Run spec-cleaner
- Switch to fork at https://acmepjz.github.io/meandmyshadow/
- Drop meandmyshadow-gcc47.patch, fixed upstream
- Deleted unneeded files: debian.changelog, debian.control,
  debian.rules, meandmyshadow.dsc
