It fails only on aarch64 and ppc64*. Likely a precision issue. Upstream is on it: https://github.com/nilearn/nilearn/issues/3363

Let's merge this update to fix other architectures and monitor how it goes upstream.

Yes, but we have to do something about in meanwhile: ExcludeArch or skip tests on particular architectures.
