aura-browser / plank-player / plasma-remotecontroller / plasma-tests are missing on purpose?
We never cared about plasma-tests and bigscreen stuff isn't that useful anyway as long as we don't have mycroft...
discover needs ExclusiveArch now that it depends on webengine
Except incorrect minimum frameworks versions almost everywhere, the rest looks fine
and the kwin failure on 15.3. Maybe a newer libgbm is required
Looks like a kwin bug, the code for !HAVE_GBM_BO_GET_FD_FOR_PLANE is broken

ksystemstats has the comment about gcc-PIE but lacks the extra parameters
gcc10-PIE is available meanwhile, I switched everything over
