Why? We worked so hard to address all build failures and breakages. What is the rationale for this? What is broken by the warning?
Thousands of scripts out there.
Are we aware of scripts that are broken? The stderr output will drive the change, and upstream projects were very receptive to patches. In the distribution we can react to that fast. I would not want to hiding this waning, instead we should surfacing it.
