Breaks python-installer
How? This should not change anything built for Factory
Ah there is no python-rpm-packaging on the server builds (it requires python3-packaging)., but a local osc build still has it. Thus, I didn't see the rpmlint error. The missing package is responsible for a missing `Requires python(abi) = 3.X' which is the cause for the python-installer failure.
The changes here did not do anything to BuildIgnore lines. Only the removal of the fallback definition of %primary_python..
