New packages, required by python-pydata-sphinx-theme new version: - python-accesible-pygments - python-sphinx-autobuild - python-sphinx-theme-builder

The SR updates the python-pydata-sphinx-theme to the newer version and adds the new packages needed to build. This new version uses sphinx-theme-builder that now uses node to download javascript dependencies during build time, so the update includes the nodejs dependencies vendored with a script to generate the vendored package.
