wasn't there an issue with conflicts and provides being the same? in any case everywhere else we use python-sqlalchemy (lowercase) which is provided here.
I'm tempted to fix the rest of the users for consistency instead of this.
That's just an old stupid warning by rpmlint - no real issue with good of this century
