For longer the builds in https://build.opensuse.org/package/show/network:messaging:matrix/matrix-synapse and https://build.opensuse.org/package/show/openSUSE:Factory/matrix-synapse show as unresolvable so I consider this SR not providing much benefit but I guess it won't make the problem harder. I will not forward the SR to Factory though as it would be declined anyway. I expect that matrix-synapse will also soon be removed from Factory unless one of you can fix the missing dependencies.
