In server:monitoring the package builds without errors.
So the environments do not seem to be identical.
So I personally have no possibility to test this.
Fix the error and i will fix it too.

devel projects have this error intentionally as a warning so developers can TEST their stuff.

permission sets are stricter in products.

I have fixed the rpmlint errors that I can fix.
And make an new request.
More I can do now really no more.
The message also had nothing to do with php8.
