Antonio, thank you for your submission! Unfortunately, the update to version 2.4.series introduces some regressions, see bsc#1211444 and bsc#1211456. This new version series sets rfc4880bis as the default now and this change can create incompatible keys with previous ones. More info in the gnupg-devel ML: https://lists.gnupg.org/pipermail/gnupg-devel/2022-December/035183.html and so we are therefore reverting the commit https://dev.gnupg.org/rGcaf4b3fc16e9

All our changes should be in Base:System/gpg2 but I'm not sure why our update to version 2.4.2 is not shown in the devel project but its listed in revisions, see: https://build.opensuse.org/package/revisions/Base:System/gpg2

@msmeissn any idea why our previous changes to update to version 2.4.2 are not shown in Base:System/gpg2?

I'm declining for now but thanks for your submission.
