Not ready yet. We will handle this when the "modern python" modules and interpreter land in SLE and Leap. Then we will make a plan on how and when we are going to switch over to Python 3.11.

When will you do this? I need it now for Leap 15.5.

These changes won't be implemented until the Public Cloud Team has decided on that matter.
Not sure what the use case for the Azure stuff outside the Public Cloud Team is.
