I like to speak to a human being from leagal to clear the new trademark
X Window Systemof theX Consortium, Inc.... in fact it is an old trademark and meanwhile changed the owner and the new owner isThe Open Group. Compare with the manual pageX(7). Also the README.FLmask is very old as well as the FLmask patch is old
