I have a use-case to use the same version of swtpm and libtpms on both Tumbleweed and Leap (15.4 and 15.5). The directories for keeping/storing the TPM related files are shared between the OS versions. It appears that some version information in swtpm is stored in them, so trying to start a KVM vm created on Tumbleweed fails to start on Leap 15.x. Keeping the two RPMs in sync allows to start the same vm also on Leap 15.x.
As Leap doesn't have the same level of integration with SELinux, it helps to make the SELinux related pieces optional, which is why I appreciate of this patch can be accepted!
