Actually __rustflags is not really being deprecated, but no big deal.
without the change, the package does not build - so it seems deprecated in openSUSE at least?
The
cargo-packagingmaintainer changed/shuffled macros around and%__rustflagsneeds to be manually defined now, if wanted/needed.Of course this move to
%build_rustflagsin packages not using%cargo_buildis the right move, as we want the distro default Rust flags to be used.
