This needs util-linux with last renamed to last.legacy (See SR#1095760) busybox-links (https://build.opensuse.org/request/show/1095992) needs to come together with this change or earlier.

busybox-util-linux will not contain /usr/bin/last anymore when util-linux finds it's way to factory. So this conflict will solve from alone. Only question is, where it ends afterwards. Needs some more research if there is anything to solve and if yes, how to solve it best.
