The given hint is intended for the mingw32 variant - for mingw64 package use this

tested %{_libexecdir} in tumbleweed and it works as expected, I don't have a Leap install to test with though.

Looks good - what is still missing is the version upgrade to 1.1.3 and a corresponding changelog entry referring to the bug.
This can be done on the website by editing the change file (click on "Insert changes entry template") or on the command line with 'osc vc' in the package directory.
