I don't have a problem with this if it's intended to hit
openSUSE:Backports:SLE-15-SP4, but I'd rather it doesn't touch graphics/qimgv at this point; so I don't completely follow why it's an SR to openSUSE:Maintenance directly and that's got references to the Factory devel project, but that could just be a mis-understanding on my side.I'm also curious about this. I've branched qimgv from openSUSE:Backports:SLE-15-SP4 and than hit "Submit as Update" in OBS web client. There were no options to choose project to submit or change submission type.
basically on backport updates the development project/package gets a review for approval of the change, even if its not going to factory.
