When I build a Projekt I need jsonschema and so on. And not an old package.
An in project.toml it stands only >= 3.2.0. nothing about < 4.18

DONT REPOPEN DECLINED SUBMIT REQUESTS. I told you before not to do that. You may try to discuss the issue, but don't ignore the maintainer's (mine) decision.
The changelog clearly states: "Restrict to jsonschema < 4.18 in order to resolve conflicts with other jupyter packages." That should be enough indication for you.
I don't care what you need. I care what Tumblweed needs. And Tumbleweeed needs jsonschema < 4.18. I made jsonschema417 available for that.
