Hi there Paolo, sorry for the long delay,
I'm sorry but I am going to decline this submission. But only because librsvg were already updated in GNOME:Next, by Bjørn, and forwarded to GNOME:Factory.
For the most packages, it's preferable to submit requests to GNOME:Next - where it will be synced with stable releases most of the time -. Only when we start to sync with alpha/beta releases is that we pay extra attention to not mix stable with unstable - again, for the most packages, and depending how much change the unstable releases had.
Despite all of that, we really appreciate the help.
