I know. But when i only want python > 3.7. And when i need this package, than it would install python3-sip-devel. But i want python(>3.7)! Because all other version are dead for a long time. So i think my changes are right?
This is a buildtime only package. you only use
BuildeRequire: python-pyqt-rpm-macros. OBS does not install recommendations.The
Recommendsist just that. Ignore it for your personal project.And the sle15_... macros does not change anything in this regard. It is a noop in this specfile.
