licensedigger doesn't like license tags starting with parenthesis, revert the change and use `osc ci --noservice`

This package is an hindrance. My local solution is
zypper rm obs-service-format_spec_file && zypper al obs-service-format_spec_file, and I have an alias oscci → osc ci --noservice.Ah, I didn't know licensedigger wouldn't like it so I thought it wouldn't be a problem. I superseded it now just with the changelog change.
