Long time no update, so many changes:

- Handles SG_IO ioctl error with older distros which caused disk microcode
download to fail with JBOD's.

displays the information for non-hotplug adapters.
- Fixes a NULL pointer dereference which caused the daemons to silently fail.
- Fixes several potential memory leak problems.
