This is not the most useful of changes file entries. Some change in the spec file for applying some patch for the package. For us -- you, the one who made the change; and me, the one reviewing the submission, at this time --, it's easy to connect the dots right now, but in a year... not so much, right?
Please, just add one entry. If I were to choose, this one looks a bit more meaningful: It's some fix to build for SLE_15.
And the fix was so easy and short, why not mention it in the entry? Do exactly this in spec file to fix build for SLE/Leap 15.
