- Drop pkgconfig(sysprof-capture-4) BuildRequires and pass
sysprof=disabled to meson setup, we do not expect our endusers to
do profiling of this app, that is for developers.

I'm gonna have a closer look at this, and other packages requiring pkgconfig(sysprof-4) / pkgconfig(sysprof-capture-4) to figure out the best move with the new and old Sysprof.

I dug around and I have to concur, I doubt there are end users playing with profiling Software, or other things on GNOME.
