luajit-devel provides an invaldid pkg-config file:

> pkg-config --cflags luajit
-I/usr/include/luajit-5_1-2.1 

> ls -la /usr/include/luajit-5_1-2.1
ls: cannot access '/usr/include/luajit-5_1-2.1': No such file or directory

the .pc file exports a wrong path which in turn makes consumers not find the lua headers.
