Quaternion hasn't had a release for two years, quotient 0.8.x is supported in 0.0.96. Rolling back will break other applications with a minimum version of 0.8.1
The last release is 0.0.95.1 Version 0.0.96 is beta. Breaks not other applications. It breaks only one other. The only other applications which use libQuotient is neochat. But libQuotient is the lib for quaternion from same developer. So accepted, please.

Quaternion 0.0.96 should receive no further changes in the codebase, as stated by the main developer.
Moreover, Fedora 37 already pull an arbitrary commit newer than Quaternion release tag.
I suggest we update to 0.0.96 beta4 in network:messaging:matrix without pushing to Factory and meanwhile I also can help filling out these tasks: https://github.com/quotient-im/Quaternion/issues/884
The alternative is, yes, to revert libQuotient to 0.7.2, but necessarily with E2EE enabled as it's required by Neochat.
Alpha, beta, git and so on is not allowed on suse regularities. So. Please rollback.
matrix-quaternion fails to build in Factory, even with libQuotient 0.7.2.

You right. 0.7.2 is also to new for last stable quaternion. Last ist 0.6.11. Have send a new request. Please accept.
