Overview
Request 1109928 accepted
- Update to 0.9.12
- Setup: disable Settings parameters altogether, except
frames/period (aka. buffer-size) if running in the so called
'Active' pure-client mode (eg. under PipeWire's pw-jack
substitution).
- Connections: Fixed an old JACK client/ports aliases
malfunction, hopefully.
- Graph: Ctrl+left or middle-button click-dragging for panning,
is now a lot smoother, hopefully.
- Graph: Click-dragging with the mouse middle-button is now used
for panning only, not to start a selection anymore.
- Preppings to next development cycle (Qt >= 6.6)
- Changes from 0.9.11
- Graph: Soft incremental bounds constraints now imposed to all
new and old nodes positioning.
- Prepping into the next development cycle (with Qt >= 6.5).
- Switch Tumbleweed to qt6.

That you have to fight for every change. I have slowly no more desire to do what. And my life time is slowly too expensive for such gimmicks.
I don't like without, because it is totally illogical. Who invented this...
When I feel like it and have time I will change it.
As for the query of Leap,
or rather Tumbleweed, will definitely not change it, as it is correct. The wiki using 1600 does not work and leads to build error in rpmlint.
Maybe it works if you build under Tumbleweed. But it definitely does not work when building under Leap.
Please accept it, because it works. And that should be the only goal.

Now with bcond although absolutely illogical.
I have to use without to have a with later? So I have to set it to zero beforehand in order to query it as one later? Where is the logic in that? Nowhere.
Ah. And the wiki has it wrong, too.
Just as it says 1600 for Tumblweed, but this causes an rpmlint error when building for Tumbleweed.
Why do you have to make everything more complicated than it is?

Can you please use %bcond_with package (Don't ask me why they got it back to front) which is don;t use package and %bcond_without package which is use package. The %bcond_without allows %if %{with package} to succeed. You can also use %if %{without package} to block. Tumbleweed is %suse_version 1699 but > 1550 defines it. All flavours of Leap:15 stay at 1500 use %sle_version to define individual flavours. You can find these defines in the project's Projectconfig
