ok
Includes License and mbedtls updates.
still, we have both mbedtls-2 and mbedtls(providing ver 3) in Backports, like Factory, thus
%if 0%{?suse_version} > 1500
will select mbedtls-devel rather than mbedtls-2-devel at the build time, resulting a build failing thenIOW that conditional IF should change to something like
%if 0%{?suse_version} > 1500 || ( 0%{?suse_version} == 1500 && 0%{?sle_version} > 150500 )
I seem to have gotten ahead of myself as well as assumed my adjustment for that was already in Factory - which it isn't :P Probably why my brain initially submitted from my home repo for the package vs. devel/Factory. I'll keep an eye on it and shepherd it through to Factory, then supercede this one.
