What is the reason for the update? Is there a security fix that requires this?
I have no experience with maintenance updates, hence I am unsure regarding this...
AFAICT the version 0.10 is not fully functional - many features are missing, installing it is a regression compared to the default builder.
Then we should either not have this or have the current version.
That said, the additional functionality is only available when setting BUILDX_EXPERIMENTAL=1 so adding the new version is not all that helpful.
