That name is 'wrong' - python3-FOO is 'default python implementation' and not python 3.10 at this time.

If this package is still called python3-*, then we have a bug in said package. let alone python3-Arcus is built by libArcus and has version 4.13.1 - si the 3.5.2 dep can't be provided

Why?

... is the only python-Arcus to exists. And that sits in python3.11/site-packages. So your approach of using python310 for the rest will not work. Tough luck that Stefan Bruens does not like multiflavor.
