Overview

Request 1114028 superseded

- Make dbus-broker start by default as it is now the only supported
system bus.
- Add feature-suse-refuse-manual-start-stop.patch We don't allow
dbus services to be restarted as it breaks many many things.

This needs to be staged with the dbus-1 and systemd presets package

@darix there are required changes in the preset file, dbus-1 and dbus-broker all 3 will be staged together this is just a part of the submission. So it will be resubmitted. As for restarting, its not currently supported upstream (but pull requests are welcome) see https://github.com/bus1/dbus-broker/issues/93 either way its not something I plan to work on before the initial ALP release where as we certainly plan to have dbus-broker rather then dbus-daemon.
