Something is still missing after staging this with snowball:
### [install check & file conflicts for x86_64] can't install libxmlb2-32bit-0.3.14-1.1.x86_64: nothing provides libstemmer.so.0d needed by libxmlb2-32bit-0.3.14.x86_64
Right....
Now the question becomes, do we care enough about stemmer support inside libxmlb to warrant making stemmer 32bit libs? Aka add 32bits baselibs there?

Is anything even using libxmlb-32bit? I can't find any reference for that
ah - the baselibs in libxmlb seems mostly to be there for the x86-64-v3 stuff.. the -32bit seems to more be a side-effect (which we likely can avoid somehow)
