- Fix the documentation being put in the devel subpackage while
the doc subpackage was empty. I think the doc %files section was
probably removed inadvertently since it wasn't mentioned in the
changelog and the doc subpackage declaration was left around.
- Also moved the appstreamcli-compose man page to the same package

- Also moved the appstreamcli-compose man page to the same package

- It seems the doc %files section was (at some point) probably
removed inadvertently since the docs were moved to the devel
package without any mention in the changelog while the doc
subpackage declaration was left around. So clean this up by
completely removing the doc subpackage and make the devel
subpackage provide it so there's a clean upgrade.

as the binary.
At this point I'd say just remove the -doc package and move the content to the -devel instead, where it is right now already.
