* pipe-command-hostname-not-null.patch
The hostname of a system can be NULL if the configuration "address ..."
is not set. If the pipe command contains \H, and also has additional
arguments like "send --host \H --system \Z", the command will be cut at
"send --host", and not add "--system \Z".
This replaces an empty hostname with the system name consistent with unix/tcp.c
An alternative is to set it to the empty string.
